My darling is an amazing gardener! He started to grow microgreens 😲
His first pilot is "Radish Sprouts." Last night I made pho for family and friends. We used his sprouts to top off the pho and oh my gosh, it was delicious! I would put these radish sprouts on sushi, salads, and soup!

I sprinkled "Radish Sprouts," onto my pasta salad today!
