6/10/19 - Lost 2 lbs on this 30 Day Challenged!

I had a super busy weekend, I didn't get the chance to blog.
I am here today with an update! I have lost 2 lbs on this 30 day challenged of no potatoes, no candy/cookies, no soda/juice, no white bread, no chips, no ice cream, no fast food, no fried food, and no cakes/donuts!
Making healthy food is good for your body and your mind. It is especially good when you let the natural flavors combined.

All I added to this dish was cheese, tomatoes, and thyme. It turn out juicy and flavorful!

30 day challenged will end on 6/30/19. Maybe on 7/1/19, I'll spoil myself with a delicious Asian Sponge Cake with Fruits!
