Cakes, Cakes, Cakes!

Hi!

Mei-Mei is here for today's post.

So, lately, I've been baking and decorating cakes.  My bf bought me a turn table for Christmas and I've been having a lot of fun with it.

See what I've made below:

These two cakes is what I made for my baby niece's birthday, she is 2 years old now.  She makes me happy and I love her so much! She is my mini me and I will do anything to protect her and spoil her. :) 

She loves her M&M's and so I made a chocolate heart cake filled with cherries and frosting with M&M's on top.  The next one (on the right) is an Asian sponge cake filled with peaches and mandarin oranges.  I topped it off with kiwi, peaches, and mandarin oranges.

This next cake is a chocolate strawberry short cake. The frosting is whipped cream and cream cheese mix and I topped it with raspberries and strawberries! I gave the whole cake to my future mother-in-law :)

As you can see from the slice of cake, it is filled with mangoes and strawberries. YUM!
